What we process

Your e-mail address, your recording (video and audio), a voice clone created from your audio, and an avatar made from your video. Voice and face are biometric data under Art. 9 GDPR. We process them only with your explicit consent, which we ask separately before you record.

Who processes it for us

ElevenLabs: transcription of your recording and creation of your voice.
sync.so: lip-sync, so the video shows your face speaking.

Purpose

Only to create video applications for your own job applications. We never use your voice or face for anyone else.

How long we keep it

Raw recording and audio: deleted automatically after 30 days.
Finished videos: deleted after 90 days, or earlier on request.
Voice test: the temporary voice is deleted at ElevenLabs right after your test sentence.
Everything immediately when you press "Delete all my data" in your account, or when you withdraw your consent.

Proof that it's you

You read a short random code in your video. We compare it with the transcript, so nobody can upload a stranger's video under your name.
